TERRITORY

These hills, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, represent one of the most fascinating wine landscapes in Europe, characterized by vineyards spread across steep slopes and soils of morainic origin rich in marl, sandstone, and limestone.

GRAPE

It is here that Glera finds its ideal habitat: a grape capable of expressing freshness, aromatic finesse, and natural elegance. Its grapes give rise to wines distinguished by delicate aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit, with a lively effervescence.

Among vineyards rising between 50 and 500 metres above sea level, where mineral-rich morainic soils, gentle Alpine breezes and a unique microclimate allow the Glera grape to express its greatest elegance and purity.

CRAFTED WITH PRECISION

AZALEYA Prosecco and ready-to-serve sparkling wine is produced using the traditional Charmat Method allowing the wines to preserve the vibrant fruit, delicate floral aromas and elegant freshness for which the finest Italian sparkling wines are renowned.

Extended secondary fermentation under carefully controlled temperatures creates exceptionally fine, persistent perlage while preserving the natural character of the fruit.
